BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A CASA BIANCA GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE 
Given the small size of our establishment, any cancellation can have an impact on us and must be clearly defined and regulated.
RESERVATIONS 
No prepayment is required at the time of booking. A CASA BIANCA reserves the right to refuse any reservation if the credit card number is incorrect or the reservation is incomplete.
-    The guest may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days prior to arrival. 
-    The guest will be charged 50% of the total amount if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. 
-    In case of a no-show, 100% will be charged.
The total amount of the reservation will be charged as compensation for any interruption of the stay prior to the scheduled departure date or in case of a no-show.
We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance to cover unexpected personal events.
Please note that the holder of the credit card used must present a valid ID upon arrival and the same valid credit card. 
Payment for your stay: Visa, Mastercard, or cash.
Children
We have chosen to limit the number of rooms to 4 in order to preserve the privacy, peace, and rest of our guests. For this reason, children under 16 and infants are not permitted on the premises.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Food and Alcohol
Due to numerous violations, it is prohibited to bring in or prepare food and alcohol on the premises of A CASA BIANCA. We are a bed-and-breakfast that provides breakfast, but we will be happy to recommend a selection of small restaurants located less than 5 minutes from the house.
Any violation may result in the immediate cancellation of your stay at the guest’s expense, as well as a fine.
